Factores que influyen en la calidad de atención del paciente en el Departamento de Radiología, en el Hospital Nicolás A. Solano periodo de agosto a septiembre del 2023

Abstract

En el Departamento de Radiología del Hospital Nicolás A. Solano se llevó a cabo una investigación para comprender los factores que afectan la calidad de la atención. El objetivo fue analizar los factores que, desde la perspectiva del paciente consideraron con una mayor relevancia, los cuales no se identificaron como factores que pudiesen afectar su atención. Se reconocieron oportunidades de mejora en los servicios de radiología a partir de la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de información relevante sobre este tema. Se adoptó un enfoque no experimental, con un diseño transversal y cuantitativo. Se aplicó un instrumento de medición en formato de encuesta modificada del Servqual al área de Radiología, con una muestra de 328 pacientes. Los resultados sugirieron que, desde la perspectiva de los pacientes, hubo factores que fueron considerados de mayor importancia que otros. Este estudio proporcionó información crucial que reveló factores desde la perspectiva de los pacientes, influyentes en la calidad de la atención en el Departamento de Radiología del Hospital Nicolás A. Solano.

Abstrac In the Department of Radiology of the Nicolás A. Solano Hospital, research was carried out to understand the factors that affect the quality of care. The objective of this study was to analyze the factors that, from the patient's perspective, were considered to be most relevant, but which were not identified as factors that could affect their care. Opportunities for improvement in radiology services were recognized through the collection, analysis and interpretation of relevant information on this topic. A non-experimental approach was adopted, with a cross-sectional and quantitative design. A measurement instrument in the format of a modified Servqual survey was applied to the Radiology area, with a sample of 328 patients. The results suggested that, from the patients' perspective, there were factors that were considered more important than others. This study provided crucial information that revealed factors from the patients' perspective, influencing the quality of care in the Department of Radiology of the Nicolás A. Solano Hospital.
