Gestión del inventario de catéteres en consignación de hemodinamia y su impacto en el proceso administrativo en el Hospital Nacional, durante el primer trimestre del año 2020.

Abstract

La presente investigación busca establecer la relación de la gestión del inventario de catéteres en consignación de hemodinamia y su impacto en el proceso administrativo en el Hospital Nacional, durante el primer trimestre del 2020. Este estudio se abordó desde el paradigma del positivismo lógico con un enfoque cuantitativo, lógica deductiva y se siguió un método hipotético deductivo. Es de corte analítico y atiende al diseño no experimental, observacional. Es una investigación de tipo retrospectiva, de acuerdo al registro de información y ocurrencia de los hechos. Las variables planteadas para nuestra investigación son de tipo cuantitativo. Una vez recopilada toda la información producto de la observación e investigación de nuestro estudio, se procedió a clasificar y sintetizar en una matriz de datos. Los datos fueron analizados a través de la utilización de medidas de tendencia central y dispersión, principalmente promedio y se utilizaron para el análisis, el Software de Microsoft Office (Excel). Los resultados fueron presentados en tablas o gráficos con Microsoft office. Como conclusión después de realizar un análisis de las necesidades de materiales, espacio físico, mano de obra y procesos administrativos que se generan para el manejo de los materiales de consignación resaltamos que la gestión del inventario de catéteres en consignación de hemodinamia genera un impacto en el proceso administrativo en el Hospital Nacional. Se recomienda gestionar que el suministro de los productos de cardiología intervencionista, se contrate con los proveedores que puedan garantizar la entrega de los catéteres medicados o stents, al momento del procedimiento, en buenas condiciones, en la cantidad necesaria y al menor costo posible, manteniendo el hospital el inventario periódico o rotativo, pero con un stock mínimo, incluyendo únicamente los insumos que no puedan ser manejos por el proveedor para este tipo de entregas.

Abstract The present investigation seeks to establish the relationship between the management of catheter inventory in hemodynamics consignment and its impact on the administrative process at the National Hospital, during the first quarter of 2020. This study was approached from the paradigm of logical positivism with a quantitative approach, deductive logic and a hypothetical deductive method was followed. It is analytical and follows a non-experimental, observational design. It is a retrospective type of research, according to the recording of information and occurrence of the facts. The variables proposed for our research are quantitative. Once all the information resulting from the observation and investigation of our study was collected, we proceeded to classify and synthesize it in a data matrix. The data were analyzed through the use of measures of central tendency and dispersion, mainly average, and Microsoft Office software (Excel) was used for the analysis. The results were presented in tables or graphs with Microsoft office. In conclusion, after analyzing the needs of materials, physical space, manpower and administrative processes generated for the management of consignment materials, we emphasize that the management of the inventory of catheters on consignment of hemodynamics generates an impact on the administrative process at the National Hospital. It is recommended that the supply of interventional cardiology products be contracted with suppliers that can guarantee the delivery of the medicated catheters or stents at the time of the procedure, in good condition, in the necessary quantity and at the lowest possible cost, maintaining the hospital's periodic or rotating inventory, but with a minimum stock, including only those supplies that cannot be handled by the supplier for this type of delivery.
